The first Jump Festa started in 1999. Organized by Shueisha, the event focuses on various Jump publications and their serializations. After the 2020 event has been regulated for an online-only experience, Jump Festa 2022 will return to the Makuhari Messe Convention Center in Chiba Prefecture. The place also hosts the Tokyo Game Show and the Summer Sonic Music Festival.

While the majority of the convention will be held in person, “Jump Super Stage EX” events will only be broadcast online. Those who wish to follow the event live can access it via the official website.

Tite Kubo Bleach manga ran in Shonen Jump and Weekly Shonen Jump from 2001 to 2016. The supernatural adventure series spanned 74 volumes, alongside Naruto and A play as one of the most important and successful serializations of its time.

The manga is said to inspire a variety of games, light novels, and various other projects alongside a musical game and collectible cards. Pierrot, the studio behind titles like Naruto, Boruto, and Tokyo ghoul, worked on the animated adaptation, which aired from 2004 to 2012. Pierrot produced four animated films from 2006 to 2010 but has yet to be linked to the new project.

Viz Media published the manga in English, while the Hanime can be streamed on Crunchyroll and VRV.
