If you’re trying to figure out what to make for dinner, Ree Drummond has just the recipe. Here are three delicious recipes from The Pioneer Woman to try tonight.
Skillet spaghetti and meatballs
A favorite spaghetti and meatball recipe in the Drummond house is Spaghetti and Meatballs Skillet. Drummond describes it as a “delightful classic”. For this recipe, some of the ingredients you will need are ground beef, minced garlic, parmesan, and cream. Ladd Drummond is a big fan of this recipe.
“It’s Ladd’s idea of the perfect meal,” Drummond says on his show. “He loves pasta, loves Italian food, loves cheese, and that’s why I love Ladd. We have a lot in common when it comes to the things we like to eat. You can find all the ingredients and the recipe here.
Mashed potatoes with cauliflower
If you’re looking for a tasty way to cut carbs, Drummond’s Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes recipe will do the trick. She says her cauliflower mashed potato recipe lets you make cauliflower in a way that “looks so much like mashed potato you won’t even know you’re eating the veggies. “. Drummond begins by melting butter in a saucepan. Then she adds diced onions, garlic and rosemary.
She breaks a head of cauliflower into large chunks and places them in the pan. She then adds salt, pepper and heavy cream. After cooking the mixture for five minutes, Drummond blends it with an immersion blender and adds parsley for garnish. You can find directions and ingredients here. Corned beef hash
Drummond says corned beef hash is easy to make because it can be made in one skillet. “Typically, corned beef hash is made from a mixture of cooked corned beef, diced potatoes, onions, and peppers,” said Drummond on its website. She tells home cooks that any type of potato will work for this recipe.
The Accidental Country Girl explains that hashish is “essentially a dish of potatoes in a skillet, where the potato is a sort of filler”. She says corned beef is a brisket that has been salt cured. “It’s so salty and so good,” she says on her show.
Drummond uses a sweet potato and a russet potato to make this meal. She describes it as a “super scrumptious breakfast dish”. She starts by roasting the dogfish and sweet potatoes, taking care to peel and cut them into small pieces before placing them on a baking sheet. She then drizzles with olive oil and sprinkles salt and pepper on it. Drummond cooks the corned beef hash at 425 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.
While the potatoes cook, Drummond cooks chopped onions and chopped garlic in olive oil. At the same time, she begins to cook sunny side up eggs. Once the eggs and the main course are cooked, she places the eggs on top. You can get the full recipe and instructions here.
