Three easy cooking recipes for you

All of these recipes below contain easy-to-obtain basic ingredients and are healthy and tasty alternatives to junk food. These ingredients will not only provide you with energy, but also provide you with good carbohydrates. 1. Oatmeal and raisin cookies


Butter 62 g

Sugar 124 g

Salt 1 g

eggs / whole cream 32 g

Milk 10 g

Flour 94 g

Sourdough powder 4 g

Baking soda 1 g

Oats 75 g

Raisins 62 g

How to do

1. With a wooden spoon, combine the butter, sugar and salt until fluffy. Slowly add the eggs / cream and continue to mix them well.

2. Add the flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix well. Stir in the oatmeal and raisins.

3. Cool the dough in the refrigerator for about an hour. Divide into portions of about 30 g each. Roll into a ball and place on a well-oiled baking sheet.

4. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 16 minutes.

2. Pancakes



Flour 250 g

Milk 250 g

Sugar 62 g

eggs 2.5 no

Baking powder 8 g

How to do

1. Whisk together the eggs and sugar. Add the milk and mix well. Finally, incorporate the dry ingredients.

2. Pour a ladle full of batter onto a hot pan and cook until golden brown. You can eat with honey and fresh fruit.

3. Chocolate rock



Crushed almonds 150 g

Egg white / Water 50 g

Icing sugar 50 g

Crispy rice / Puffed rice 50 g

Dark chocolate 150 g

How to do

1. Combine the crushed almonds, egg white / water and sifted icing sugar. Lightly toast in the oven until golden brown at 170 degrees Celsius.

2. Temper the chocolate. When the almond mixture reaches room temperature, mix the chocolate into this mixture. Divide with a spoon into small amounts and let stand.
